Multiple AFL-CIO affiliates, the National Labor Alliance, as well as many other coalitions and employers, are supporting letters to Congress addressing ERISA erosion. PCMA is also collecting individual signatures on a letter to Congress and State Legislators advocating for the protection of ERISA. Numerous additional coalitions are forming at the state level to band together to protect ERISA preempted plans.
